We know you’re excited to get your hands on your new gear! Because we print every item specifically for you, our shipping process is a little different than your average store. Here’s the lowdown:

🛠️ Step 1: Crafting (Production)
Once you hit 'order,' our printers get to work.
  • Timeframe: 2–7 business days.
  • The Result: A high-quality product made just for you, reducing waste and ensuring top-tier detail.

✈️ Step 2: The Scenic Route (Transit)
Since we partner with the world’s best print providers (mostly in the US and Europe), your package has a bit of a journey to reach your side of the world.
  • Standard Transit: 10–30 business days.
  • Total Wait: Usually 3 to 6 weeks from order to doorstep.
  • Why the wait? International travel takes time, but we promise it’s worth it!

📍 Step 3: Tracking Your Trek
The moment your order hits the road, we’ll send you a Tracking Number. You can watch your package hop across continents until it lands at your door.

🇿🇦 Important Note for our SA Fam
  • Customs & Duties: Occasionally, SARS might request a small import duty fee. This is out of our hands, but we try our best to keep descriptions clear to minimize any hiccups.
  • Shipping Rates: We offer a standart rate of R75, or FREE Shipping on all orders over R750!
